Elfreda is the founder and strategy lead at Noctilume, bringing over two decades of cross-sector experience to every engagement. Her background spans architecture, workplace strategy, business development, operations, and people management — with stints at companies including Twitter and M Moser Associates — giving her an unusually broad lens for someone who works at the micro and small business level.
Elfreda founded Noctilume in 2023 on a simple belief: that being great at your craft and running a great business shouldn't be mutually exclusive. She works hands-on with every client, adapting her approach to fit the person and the problem rather than applying a one-size-fits-all methodology.
What sets her apart isn't a single area of expertise — it's the ability to move fluidly between strategy and operations, between big-picture thinking and the detail that makes things actually work.
